Established in 1968, Diamond Photofoil is a leading company in this specialist sector of printing on plastic components. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of print on plastic parts with no origination cost and the shortest lead time.

We are manufacturers and suppliers of Digital Transfers, Silkscreen Transfers and Print Application Machines. We also provide a Contract Product Print Service. Diamond Photofoil is situated between Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone in Kent, supplying to international brands across the UK, Europe and USA.

At Photofoil, we've observed over the years that most of our customers' ordering patterns have changed. Run lengths have become smaller and increasingly quicker turnaround times are required. With this in mind, we decided to invest in digital technology.

Our digital press runs at nearly 10 metres per minute with a maximum imaging width of 322mm and our digital heat release transfers incorporate the four colours (CMYK) plus a fifth colour, white. They can even incorporate photo-realistic images and Pantone spot colours, which can be applied to most thermoplastic mouldings.

Hot foiling application machines manufactured by us can be used for transferring onto flat or round items such as pens, ice buckets, waiter trays, plastic drink cups and cosmetic products such as lipstick tubes and dispensers.

The product list is never ending! The digital technique offers a significantly more detailed image and targets existing promotional goods printing methods such as pad printing and hot foil printing.

We are specialists in short runs with fast turnaround and exceptional quality. All transfers are produced in-house using our Xeikon 3030 digital press, offering CMYK + White and Pantone-matched colours.

We also design and build our own print application machinery, trusted by leading European brands.
